Refund & Replacement Policy

At Riddhi Ladies Boutique, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products. As our items include delicate apparel, we follow a No Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Only a replacement will be offered if the product meets our replacement eligibility criteria.

2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided only if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (Compulsory)

To request a replacement, customers must record a parcel opening video.

The video must:

  • Start from the moment the sealed parcel is shown.

  • Be continuous (no cuts, pauses, or edits).

  • Clearly show the package being opened.

  • Clearly display the product and its condition.

Important: Claims without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Timeline for Replacement Request

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be considered.

5. Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Minor variations in fabric texture or feel.

  • Change of mind.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectations.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, alterations, wear and tear.

6. Condition of Returned Product

If your replacement request is approved:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

7. Replacement Process

  1. Contact us within the specified time period via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email.

  2. Share the parcel opening video as proof.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  4. The replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.
